what exactly, is the optional research data that can go into things like broadspectrum nutrients and intelligent nanonutrients? Where can it be obtained? What does it add?

I think in ArthurDentOnBria's report on the fan fest...one of the devs said that the secret research data exists...and that some are even faction oriented. I believe the hint given was that rangers/scouts would be using their forage skill in particular/random locations to find them...but that since they weren't in the forage table...it isn't possible to get them yet...just gotta wait for a dev announcement on this...or for someone to find something using their forage skill.
