Mos eisley: merchant guild hall, beteween cantina and lucky despot
Coronet : merchant guild hall, near medical center
Keren: Merchant guild hall, in the middle of the city...
Pretty sure that in every city with a starport, if you go to the merchant guild hall, you will find what you are looking for

Where are smuggler trainers? Are they not in any player cities?

Judging by your Server name in your forum handle, I can't answer your question. There's a smuggler trainer behind the cantina in Eisley.
Player Cities DO differ from galaxy to galaxy, a question like that might get answered better on the Kauri forum.
Conversely, there's a Smuggler trainer at the shuttle in Aldera on Corellia, assuming you can somehow get to Starsider.

My advice, eldon, is to post this question int he forum for the kauri server.
Reason being is I can tell you where there are 2 or 3 of em on eclipse, but unfortunatly, that won't help you. You will not find them in NPC citties as far as I know. The only trainers in npc cities are the base profs. Hope that helps.......
