Thread: Need advice
Squad leader (with a master squad leader close by) = 45 minutes or lessto master with a full group at fort tusken fighting constantly.
Squad leader (having to run back to mos espa to train) = 2 to 3 hours, due to travel time, and members leaving group thinking group is breaking up.
Combat medic/doctor = 4 hours with a tumble bot (person tumbling for you), and 2 hours of grinding abecs with a crafting macro (provided you have all the resources you need to master the line.
Combat medic/doctor = 2 days without a tumble bot healing a full cantina of entertainers (if you are one of a say 2 or 3 there and no one has buffs) and 2 hours grinding with a crafting macro.
Image designer = 3 hours with a friend clicking or with 2 accounts running. also is the best/fastest way to max your ap currently in game...as you can teach id 1 over and over again, VERY quickly.
Edit - fora typo.

Greetings,
Two initials will answer your question. B. E.
Seriously, after the great creature rebalance of December 2003, BE's can now make much better pets than anything we can tame in the wild. I have an Angler made from Bark Mite Burrower Queen DNA and it works pretty well. In terms of wild pets, Toxic Merek Battlelords made out alright as did the Delerious Merek Avenger (PVE only though).
However, a buffed melee player now tanks better than any pet can. TK and Rifle are the FOTM to combine with CH. The cons are meaningless atm and the remainder of the combat rebelance has been postponed for another 6 months. Perhaps thenwill things br a little better for the CH profession. In terms of PVP, we are no longer effective by any means. Even the best pets will surive less than a minute now and will still take a vitality hit.
Good Luck to All.

I too am dumping master pistol this week for Rifleman. Pistol is sooo borked its sad. Sure I can fire uber fast but who cares when all i can do sting. Plus I think a rifle matches my MCH better anyway. As for pets, I still like the wild rancor. Its as common as an AFK dancerand not a bad pet for missions. The toxic is awesome too tho. For PvP yer gonna have to find an uber BE pet but its still not gonna be that great against players. It all depends on yer playstyle, if you want to be uber pvp killa dood then get rifleman/CM or Doc/TKA. ANy combo of those 4 really. If yer like me and love yer pets but still need a bit of an edge in combat then rifle is definately the way to go. Well lol anyway ya look at it rifle is not a bad idea atm.

heres the prob with only having investigation 4,...the droids dont work well enough at that lvl to track a moving jedi fast enough..if you have a guy thats hunting from spot to spot real fast youll always be a few steps behind him. then youlll see a mbh fly by you as you wait for your inv.4 droid to update,..befor you know it you get the mission incomplete message.
I wonder if the 'tracking droids' and 'droid speed' clothing attachments would mitigate this issue.
The irony here is that, while you'll be able to track them faster, good luck on solo'ing them as an MBH. I'm not saying it can't be done, but we all know it's extremely difficult. I'd suggest in at least dropping the LLC line and using the points in either carbineer or pistoleer.
