Well we all know we have no say in this but I still have some questions.

1. I am almost (was almost )done with my fs grind. The main reason why I went thru the grind was to get a second character for free and secondly to be a jedi. But from what I understand after this "change" I will never be able to get a second character without paying for it. So now all of my hard work (and yes it was work that I paid for) is worthless.

2. Why cant we change Profs? The feature to change profswas what put Star Wars Galaxies ahead of all others. If we wanted to explore different aspects of the game we could. Now that wont be a option. Unless you want to pay an additional 15 bucks a month. WOW gives you more then 1 character per server so why not SWG?

3. Veteran rewards like adks are worthless now so are you going to be giving those vets that have them something else in its place?

4. Why have we not been informed of this earlier so that we could prepare for it? Soe has obviously been working on this for some time now, so why the promises of a FRS, or the ranger revamp, among many other things?

Those are really the only main questions I have. I would really enjoy a response from a red name to clarify these things. I am a customer of your so I should be treated with respect just like everyone else that pays thier monthly fee.
