Anything beyond the Tier 0 ships requires a Private Crafting Station. You'll see your schematics all have a complexity level. Anything beyond a certain complexity level requires a private crafting station. That applies to all crafting professions.
This means you'll need to buy the Starship Crafting Station and a house to put it in.

Ok. Yesterday we set up our brand spanking new player city. Achieved getting 10 citizens to our new guild/city and all of them voted. 10 citizens (including the guildleader) 10 votes cast.
However, this morning, I had an email saying we didnt get enough citizens and bang went city hall. Now come on!
This a bug? Or cant galaxies work up to the number 10?

It's best to ask this in the polition forum but did all your citizens register from their house and did you check on the city terminal?

I did yes. 10 citizens. Its extremely odd. If I place another City hall today, will everyone have to register again?

well i took a bounty for a jedi, made sure he was online, talked to the spynet opperativeand then went out of the city to use my arakyd, i push find bounty target andit tells me hes not online? i dont think im doing anything wrong? anyone give me some input?

Ahh, now you but some text in, somtimes you get that error if your target is in space.

may even file a complaint. I think they need to nerf this as it is entirely unfair to me, and me only.
