Not a bug although it is dissapointing when you use a primo componet you've saved just to see all the ssytem spam that all the stats were capped on assembly....

thanks alot, I wasnt aware of the system spam, I dont craft very many weapons and this was the first weapon I actually capped cause of the low level.

I crafted a dl120 rifle for a character and hit 3 of the caps (i didnt realise this at the time) So I tried to experiment on a capped stat accidentally, I got the error saying i was over the cap, but I lost my experimentation point? is this the way its suppose to work?

Shouldn't I get to keep the point? because i didnt affect the weapon in any way.

Not a bug.


Keep an eye on the Spatial Spam after assembly and every experimentation roll to see if you've capped something. I like to expand my dialog box up to 3 inches high or so while I'm crafting so I won't miss those double/triple cap messages. I've missed the Max Dam cap a couple times when custom crafting enhanced weapons and I WON'T do that again, lol.


If you happen to throw a point into something you've already capped, it will still apply the point because (I believe) there are sometimes other attributes that are affected i.e. wound chance, min damage and you might actually be tring to affect those attributes. But again, that's just my read on it

I dont know if this helps, but besides my BH, I also play a TKM/MPike/Doc 2002, and I get the same thing happen to my heals whenever I run my Center of Being Macro. And I have had a few problem like that on my BH when healing, and running my Deulist Stance, but not as often as my TKM.


Over on the TKM forums, this conflict between the looping macro's of Deulist Stance, and CoB, and how they are effecting Heals have been brought up, and are being adressed. Apparently it is a bug that was brought on with one of the Hot Fixes they think

I don't think it's so much the macro as it is the acual move itself (COB and Dulest Stance) that is effecting heals. There seems to be some sort of conflict in thecodeing of these movesa and the heals, I for one am simply shocked that something like this could happen. /sarcasm off
