Well, I'd say no personally. It is a possible route, but probably not the best one you can take. I am assuming you will rely on poisons mostly, hence the reason you bothered to go into CM at all, and then back that up with your pistol.
From what I understand (this topic of a CM/BH was brought up months ago when the skill point requirement was first reduced), the Jedi's ability to heal themselves will too greatly counteract your ability to poison. Your pistol probably won't be that effective (hence why pistol wielders pick up pistoleer in addtion to their bh skills), so it probably isn't going to help as much as you might think.
You wouldn't be completely ineffective, but you would be very limited in the Jedi you could hunt, more so than ranged BH are. You wouldn't just have to worry about who has how much saberblock, but you would also have to worry about who has good healing abilities.
Bottom line, try it if you think it will work. If it does, let us know. If it doesn't, try something else.

Hello fencing community!
A qucik question about my template and any suggestions at modifications.
I am master fencer and master sword, with scout 4000 for speed, novice medic. IS this a good template? or should I drop master sword for pike or TK?
Any suggestions would be appreciated

It's certainly old school. You really don't need scout though, you can get terrain negotiation from food and clothing. I'd pick up a defense line in TKA if I were you or go further into medic/doc.

Master Fencer is great to have, for speed, low sac cost weapons, and for just plain style, but depending one what you do PVE or PvP i would say some sort of healing(Doc 4000,CM4000) is a must have in these days IMO, Keeping yourself alive allows you to excell in Both fields, not that doing it will make you the best, but learn it and the oportunities are endless
So i would say drop a branch of swords that gives you somthig like sword defense, instead of a general seed or melee defense, and drop scout and then put those 3 branches into some doc
