No - only tissue samples taken from the creature by a bio-engineer can be used.
Glowzies are only good to artisans who are bored

thats do able, with some +80 or +100 tissues you could get that easy, even the speed. but to get that damage you would need a good 30%+ damage slice

What I am wondering is if this is possible. The thing I am wondering about is.. -3 speed krayt tissues? I thought the limit was -2. If it is using the tissues like it says it is then I would say that it is ligit but I want the opinion of you experts.

something seriously wrong there... either it's a nice use of photoshop or someone has found the most uber loots of all time. this gun would require a set of 240dmg krayt tissue and -2.4 speed to achieve this. so, take those two numbers and divide them evenly between a set of tissue and some legendary pistol barrels and you might get this.

It's possible the picture was taken before the "slice tags" were added. In which case its not all that unbelievable.

take a closer look.. that pistol is NOT sliced.

That weapon was actually made with 200+ -2. something legendary tissues, its been on the boards before.

I saw some tissues with roughly those stats on shadowfire I think it was. Just sitting in someone's shop. They had at least 2x of those tissues which were legendary tissues by the way. So it is possible. I also saw some legendary pistol barrels on another server that were 100+ damage as well. So as rare as those components are they do exist and it could be possible that the weapon is legit.

WhileI don't know that much about weaponsmithing, I have known Aegis on Eclipse for quite a while. If he made it, i would state my reputation that it was made within the parameters of the game and achieved awesome results with great resources and great loot drops and not through any 'monkey business'.

ive seen +100 barrels and similar tisue as well, just not on valcyn. woot! its a valcyn party hi arox and hostageh!!

i see no reason why that pistol isnt legit. to get the min dmg to what it is they more then likey used one of the pistol barrels from 1 of the theme parks. and it says in the title what kind of tissues he used.
if it was 1260 min and 4260 max then yes i woudl think it was fake.
