Well, if you consider 150k JEdi a "low-level", well... aren't "high-level" jedi supposed to not be defeated solo ?

Yep, and every Smuggler in the game just got nerfed (again).
Would have been much better if they just added a counter for it.
Another band-aid fix courtesy of SOE.

Ya know, I am a padawan approaching template completion. I have never had FD, and never made the terms. I have always felt that FD was a bandaid for ineptitude on both sides of the Jedi and BH coin.
Put simply, if you are a Jedi who lacks the impulse control to play smart and safe, you deserve to be hunted like a dog. Conversely if you are a BH who doesn't come prepared, you deserve to die.
This change will make things a lot more fun for both sides, and if it thins the herd a bit, so be it.

It'll make things better for the BH/Jedi interaction. Unfortunately it's going to thin the herd of Smugglers.
When do they get their much needed revamp? Is is before or after Haley's comet comes back around?
