is it a real pain to find an alive musician? I dunno but it seems musicians only make up maybe 10% of the total entertainers out there, and since only like 1 in 100 entertainers are alive to begin with, odds are slim to none of ever finding a live musician.

At least on my server, sucks being on the smallest server in the game sometimes.

Finding an ATK musician is a pain in the rear.

On Chim there is the ENT chan which we can usually get an answer off and find someone atk to get our buffs.

wondering if your server has something similar setup.

Nothing flash, nothing fancy just get the job done.

I loaded up an old alt who was doc/musician last month, mainly to use the toons lots and veteran rewards.

Then they brought out ent buffs.

Looks like I wont be cancelling the toon anytime soon....the devs really got a wayto replace some of those doc alt toons that they killed off with the CU.

I think my server's smaller. (Japanese Katana)

Anyway, on Katana, there are always a few of them ATK in Eisley.

None in CNet, none in Theed, none in Bestine, but for some reason I can always find them in Eisley.

Yeah on bria its either Theed's cantina or Mos Eisley cantina for atk musician's but I agree even on bria, the largest server in the game atm they are still kinda hard to find sometimes.

We have a great ent community that operate out of Theed. I've gone in there even on off peak times and found full bands playing together with a full group of dancers...all /atk and putting on a great show! It's really fun!

The only time I ever had a problem was the day they came out. I had no idea where everyone went anymore because I'd been sitting in my house for so long crafting.

But, as soon as I found a spot, I haven't had a problem. I put every entertainer I saw on and not AFK in my friends list and it's been smooth sailing since.

45 mins last night on intrepid finding a non-bot music muse. Was time for weekly guild & friend necro pwnage that my alt leads, so gave up. Have concluded:

- entertainer revamp did not "save the profession" or "make it more playable" as intended

- entertainer revamp has us and our crafting brethren "shackled" to the entertainers.

It's worth checking for an ent channel. Quite a few servers actually have one and the regular ents seem to use it. When ever I'm looking for a musician buff I allways pop on Bria's ent channel and ask if there are any out there. I usually get a response from one to boot. But there are times it's a hopeless cause alas. All the years of bots drove alot of the entertainers that would stay ATK away.
