Ok, Jasynn, I am like everyone else very confused to how you think we should answer this if you cannot get a response for your own servers board. Since I dont play on your server I cannot tell you where exactly you to get amor. This being said you already should know how to get the armor your looking for. Its not a big mystery. Find a good armorsmith that your friendly with. Get a referral from one of your numerous friends if you dont know one. Send an ingame email to said armorsmith stating exactly what you want and get a price quote. Do this several times to compare prices and make an agreement with the armorsmith with the lowest bid. Dont be suprised if the armorsmith askes you to come up with high quality components for this type armor.
The type armor your looking for (high end Ubese) is not likely to be sitting on a vendor already made since there is little demand for that type armor. Most high end armor sold will be composite unless you special order up some stuff.
Thats what any reasonable person would do.

for your first post (i know, not really...) very well put. can you get more of your friends to post? it would be nice to be able to have a meaningful conversation about the game from time to time...

What I have found helpful is going to the shuttle and star ports and asking random people about weaponsmiths that they may know (i am a wookie, so I don't wear armor). You could try the same for an armorsmith.
Also, check the galactic bazaar. Just find any armor, doesn't matter what type it is. If it looks good, /tell or e-mail the creator of the armor and ask if they have ubese armor or if the have a shop. This usually works as well.

yeah... inquiring minds want to know!
You could also try checking the vendors on the map, posting on your galaxy's trade forums, posting on your galaxy's main forums, checking out player cities, asking friends, random people in shuttleports/starports, anyone you see wearing ubese, basically anyone but a bunch of people who, statistically, only 1/26th of whom would be from your galaxy.
