Yes Highest is taken... Or if they are both the same number it will take them in alphabetical order.

Tested this my self.

Tenn

Unfortunately, you need to insert it into a piece of clothing that already has droid tracking speed of +5 or higher to get the armor experimentation bonus

Not always Tenn. I have a nice pair of stun +10 gloves. Second skill on the tape? +25 armor experimentation. That was 3 months ago *whimper*..

There is no absolutely reliable place, though I here the Kliknik temple and cat city tend to yield out skill tapes of various proffesions sorts regularly.

Also even if you get a +2 tape you will not get and extra 2 experimentation points, you need to get a cumulative of +10 for 1 extra point.

The max number of extra experimentation points is +2 (for a total of 12), so you'd only ever need another +20 armor experimentation (+10 for each point)...if you can find it

Assembly, make the diference when you are crafting samething... It prevents the "critical failuers"... And +10 are 10, doesn't work like that experimentation that +10 = 1point of experimentation... Hope that i help samething

Yep, every point in assemby helps. My fail rate went down dramatically with only +8 in assembly. Wear it in a research town, and watch your number of amazings triple!
