You cannot add specific mods, only the ones that you gain as your skills progress. Generally speaking that excludes combat and crafting enhancements. It includes enhancements for CH, Dancer, and Doc/Medic. There is one to reduce bleeding things of that sort. Any idea where milk spawns?

Milk is used in bioengineer tissues that give CH mods - I've seen completed shirts go for over 1million credits due to the rarity of the items...need 25 identical

Chefs can also use milk for certian recipies...need 20 identical...not sure what the buff is...

You cannot pick the mod, it is set by the recipie.

the Milk BE clothes give + to Tame Wild / Viscous, I have seen varied results from +12 to +17.

Milk is a looted resource and can only be found on certain mobs I believe. I've never personally looted some so don't know much about it.

Soon Scout will be able to milk Herbivores as part of a Chef patch (no joke read it on the Chef forums).

I found some milk once on a Mokk npc on Dantooine. Only seen it once and it wasn't alot, but it was there though.
