Not all have warm-ups and cool-downs, Powerbreak is the only one I can think of off the top of my head

All attacks have a cool down period. Powerhit in Sabers is the only one with a Windup. Most attacks fall under the same classification meaning that if you perform an attack all your other attacks go through a phase where you can't use them until the timer is done....though the timer is faster than the one on the attack you used.
The exception to this would be Headhit/Bodyhit/Leghit which are under different classifications meaning they aren't affected by one another.

Improved Leg Shot is 1.9. I think Torso is 1.7 but I am not sure.

Forgive me, just came back since CU.
Is the improved force supression a good root over just the regular force supression? It lasts longer--not sure how long, though.
What is the ranged KD ? Advanced saber throw? Powers has a ranged KD, and MLS has a ranged KD (advanced saber throw)--the range is 32m, like all Jedi abilities. Powers' KD is (or can be, not sure) an area KD, while MLS's KD is a single-target KD.
Do Jedi have a knockdown recovery button like novice marksmen do? Or do Jedi just use a /stand to get up after being knocked down? No one can /stand to recover from a KD. Yes, it's in the padawan or initiate box, though probably not listed. That is our only "free" state recovery.

I couldn't find it in the faq so here goes. If I tame a critter with and L2 ability and have already learned the same L3 ability can I teach (once the slot is unlocked on the L2) the one with the L2 the L3 without training the L1 special? Thanks for any help you can provide.

I haven't tried, but it should work. Prerequisite for a level 3 ability is the level 2 ability, which the pet has.

yes u can. when entering the /trainpet-dialog the game checks which of the abilities u know can be teached to the targeted pet. as the pet already has the level 2 ability u get the level 3 ability (if u know it) in the selection.
this also means that u can train a level 3 ability to a pet with innate level 2 - even if u dont know the level 1 and/or level 2 version of this ability.
