You may be right, but I wouldn't want to sit on my arse repeatidly attempting to craft a +5 MD tissue with such great resources

I guess the best shot you'd have is for a few bio-engineers to get together and combine their veteran rewards together and see what could be done.

A 1000 OQ hide just spawned, I've already got 1000 OQ wood, and 997 OQ bone. Now we just need 1000/1000/1000 meat, lol

So it's possible for you to make say a shirt with a +25 Melee Defense in it? If so what would be required to do so? The highest BE clothing I've seen is only +4.

For a single item +4 to Melee Defense is most common, but it sounds like +5 is possible. So, by wearing multiple pieces of clothing, you can get a better overall mod. The special schematic backpacks also have a bonus to Melee Def too. But, no matter if clothing adds up to +30, the effect will be the same as +25.

no, not in one piece of clothing. as stated above you'd have to piece together and outfit of several pieces, and definitely try to get the special themepark schematic backpack with mods as well.

+25, same as any other skill mod.
However, that would require 3 +6s and one +7. The best I've heard about is +5s, so that'd be 20 in a Jacket, Shirt, Pants, and Bandolier. Poke around your server's vendors, see what comes up.

+5 is the highest stat theoreticly possable but not on brea i used the best resourses to ever drop to make a batch of melee/stun tissue some over a year old. And it came out +4 melee def/ +19 stun defence. It may be a little better or worse on each server depending how good or bad the resourses have been there. Is hard to find resourses high in 3 stats.
