Using the numbers in the pub 19 clarifications post....that template has more damage reduction than a master defender if you have force armor running....plus you still have aura. Yea, I was going to do 2403 ENH too, but I love imp force speed too much and drain got the nerf

Ditto here. I respec'd to this last night and it looks pretty good so far. With the Power Attack delay Dervish is a good sub. I'm locked in now, having used my token and sitting at -10 mill, but this seems like a pretty good setup.

definitely the healer part dude... if u want get 0040 defender but then u can not heal real well atall

I didn't know what forum to put this but I want to respec from my current Master Bounty Hunter - Master Rifleman template to something that would be more helpful in hunting Krayts, Night Sisters, and other hard hitting critters. I was thinking something along the lines of Master Rifleman - Combat Medic 4404 - Carbineer 0400 - Pistoleer 0003. Basicaly my idea with this template is to slow my target down while I pummel them with my Rifle. ThisTemplate allows me to heal also so I can get close if I have to for Combat Debuffs.
General Ranged Speed +5 
General Ranged Accuracy +140
Melee Defense +100
Ranged Defense +160
Or
Master Marksman - Master Combat Medic - Master Rifleman - Pistoleer 0003
Basicaly kind of the same strategy. Allows me tolean more towards Combat Medicand hopefully do alittle bit more damage with the Marksman.
General Range Speed +35
General Ranged Accuracy +145
Melee Defense +120
Ranged Defense +185
Do you guys think either of these would be a good template? I'd like to do enough damageso that I could possibley solo some Krayts and Night Sisters if I wanted to. Also, can I use the snares from Carbineer or Pistol with my Rifle?

All specials are usable by any prof (ranged with ranged, melee with melee), personnaly I'd go for the second option.

Hi,
I am currently a mbh/mr/pistoleer 0/4/0/4, I do not see myself hunting jedi for the foreseeable future though.
Thus I wonder do you consider this the best ranged template for someone who only does PvE, or would something along the lines of
mr/mp/master marksman/ rest of skillpoints in carabines be better?

Well you can take down pretty much anything with just Master Carbineer and good tactics so anything else is a bonus, go with what makes you feel happy, personally I'd avoid dabbling in a skill for the sake of a couple of specials which you don't actually need. If you want MCM I'd go for Master Carbs, Master CM and x4xx BH (good general accuracy and speed bonus, plus nice special and you will have good terrain negotiation).

Well i am planning to respec Rifleman > Carbineer - Bounty Hunter > Combat Medic so I would have to level up Bounty Hunter again. Would the +16 weapon speed be worth giving up all the extra stats, Disarm shot, and Stopping Shot?

Range Accuracy 160
Range Speed 20
Range Defense 165
Melee Defense 155
Stats with Bounty Hunter
Range Accuracy 118
Range Speed 36
Range Defense 149
Melee Defense 145
I still haven't decided if I am going Carbineer. I haven't seen anything about how well Carbineer rivals Rifleman. But with my 2 +Range arms I will beable to shoot as far as a normal rifle with a Carb so I wouldn't be giving up range with Carbine.
