I have made three scematics for BSN's for free... although they were all for runs of 1 item... and since I /addignored the morons, I can't tell you about the happy endings.
But have no fear, these or a you get all the stuff, and give me five crates of brandy for the trade. That way i don't have to spend three days finding a vendor with this stuff on it.

I hear a lot of people saying, that by selling the schematics, you are devaluing the effort that some BEs go to in gathering the high end resources to make crates of tissues. In the same vein then, by not making schematics for chef and/or tailors, wouldn't we be devaluing the effort that they went to in gathering the resources to make their runs? They go through the same effort to gather the resources as we do, then they pay to have a schematic made(Which we don't) on top of the expenses for gathering resources.
My next point, is that if we want to make top notch pet stims, you have to get someone to make your medical components. Most docs that I know really don't want to make components and sell them because, they can make more money using them themselves, and they gathered the resources, why shouldn't they use them? All docs that I've delt with, will only make schems. Now, if they didn't allow schematic trading, then I wouldn't be able to make pet stims.
Just because someone does something different doesn't mean it's wrong, it just means that's the way they want to do it. If everyone did things the same, we would still be playing pong instead of SWG, well for that matter we'd still be living in caves.

Take off your blinders. If I have to explain it you, that means your not focused on the big picture. Let me broaden your horizons.
One BE selling schems can supply the vast majority of the servers chefs. Just sit outside a busy starport and spam your selling schems for 25k each. This leads to BE's that make accual product having no customer base, because they all bought a schem. This in turn destroys any form of compatition between BE's and devalues the whole craft in general. Thus class interdependance is no longer a consideration in any crafting process.
Thats the short and sweet of it.

Most chefs are very nice people. Heck I'm sure that there are some not so nice BEs.
Of course when I get a difficult chef, I just say I only make pets and refer them to my favorite HOBO BE.

In my opinion Schemadics are the devil, lol. no really they are putting an end to our buisness.
my solution and dont flame me if u dont like it
the moment a chef asks me for a schemadic, i will gladly make it for them.......for a price. if i normally make 1.4 mil of a full run of +85 BSN. i charge 1.2 mil for the schemadic. this normally means i dont make a schemadic, but i am cutting down on the evilness of them. and that makes me happy
if the chef does not want to pay my 1.2 mil he can pay my 1.4 mil for a full run and i still make out.
im not saying its the best way, but its my way.
FYI i have yet to make a schemadic, they dont like my prices. lol
