No, it means everyone on the server is going to be forced to charge the same as everyone else or no one will buy from them. It means whoever can squeak by with the thinnest margins is going to monopolize the market. Its the Walmartization of SWG. But this is OT

Maybe I used an outdated slang. I'm a rebel. "Tulips" and "Snowflakes" are old terms based on the symbols for Rebel and Imp.

And I wouldn't have been offended by the term even if I had been Imperial. The overall tone of your message was light enough to make it clear that no real insults were intended.
