i'd still start offering 5mil.. if he deny's offer 10mil.. if he deny's then say "well.. i wanna offer 15, but i'm not sure if it's worth it... and u might deny again so this could go on forever,, give me a rough price..."
then he'll say "bah, fcuk it, deal on 17mil ok?"
then you'll say "yeah man" but only if ya have monoey
else you'll say "gimme 4 days to raise the cash and we got a deal but i can do X number now (X being the number of cash u have currently -1million for expenses)

I just got one that is very similar to that one. I traded a 243 100% potency mind fire rifle and an anti decay kit for it. I got the rifle for 3 million, but i figure it is probably worth more like 5-10 million (600 charges). Decay kits are worth about 8-10 million, so i paid about 11-20 million for mine. Defenently a big ballpark, but anything under 10 million is wasting his time. 900 max is not an every day thing at all. I bet only about 1-2% of all swordsmen have one like that (yes, all 1-2% please post your hammers here, so the ones who don't have them can hang their heads in shame).
Throw a decay kit on your hammer, and you will know it is worth it. Trust me. Going from normal old hammer to Puped/Decay Kitted hammer was like going from fighting nekid to armored with doc buffs. Day and night.
