I have a question regarding the FS crafting quests... I read the TC notes which said that a person could not get Phase 2 or Phase 3 crafting quests in the village if they did not have novice artisan. Does this seem fair to BEs who are a pure crafting class w/o artisan?
Where does it say that? I have some devs to whomp...

wait nancyj, so this means that FS only makes your experimentation rolls, assembly rolls, and repairs better? SWEET! i thought i would become inferior because i wasnt FS
This sucks ASS, so now we'll have to drop more skills just to keep up in the BE market. Otherwise we won't be able to compete. Figures, another way to keep crafters from having a combat skill.
Probably take 20-30 hours of grinding those to do all 4 crafting lines. It is the shortest grind there is.
Don't forget that they're removing looping in macros with publish 10, so make that 40 to 50 hours of grinding.

How do you figure? Its not like they're adding additional experimentation points. All they are doing is decreasing the odds of a crit failure and increasing the odds of an amazing sucess.
