Thread: An Inspiration for Bio Engineers?
Make mountable pet types actually mountable....and make sure the stats you get on the deed are the stats that STAY when the pet GROWS.
Then consider making pretty colors or fru fru poo-poo. Don't get me wrong i've wanted new colors and additional skins too, but what point in it if they are useless?
The edge to making an unique statement in a pet and REALLY ENJOYING it has been nerfed, not just the pets themselves.
Make us a fun profession again, not just a way to bank-roll.
I only ever wanted to have fun in this...some more pet types in fun colors will help, but its like putting an new coat of paint on a car with the motor ripped out.....looks nice, may be able to sell it on it's looks but it'll just bore you and not go anyplace after the novelty wears off.

I would only clarify that by speed you mean BOTH the movement speed and the attack speed!!
Also I would like BE only pet buffs. Like how doctors can buff...perhaps make themweaker but longer lasting and for different things. For example aBE buff to the pets damage (cause frankly- pets dont hit hard enough), or a buff to their state resists.
"Treatments" would be fun also. These would be pigmentation kits which allow you to temporarily alter your pets coloring, or make them even more wildly colored or different texture then wild pets or basic BE crafted pets. I can see BE/CHs creating pets, taming them for their customers, and branding them with a trade brand before transferring pets to their customers. That would be so cool to have other people running around with a rancor you created and has your trademark brand on its backside... hahahaha!
As a aspiring BE i would love the idea of creating a generational DNA, i love going out getting some dna from different creatures, such as the health of a dewback, but the damage of a vesp and all the other parts spicifically picked for a special uniques creature. It would be awesome to then take some dna from that creature that isnt awful such as it is now, and then take my unique pet with a special stat and combine that with the stats of a creature that has a different stat and make a better creature ect.
Example -
Kaadu (BE made of special parts)
high health
low defence
low damage
peko peko (stock)
med health
low defence
high damage
take the 2 together with a creature with soem defence and choose each stat and create a durni or bantha with high health med armor and high damage.
I do realize that if one person kept on doing this over and over and over they could create a race of super creatures which is why i feel that when you create a creature, you should be able to get ONE and only one no matter what level BE you are that is a exact replica of the creature you just made. This dna would show the special stat you want to keep alive in the evolutuon stream and then make better. With only one dna per creature you would have to really decide weather to keep going with the evolution or sell the pet and start over.
Thought I'd also add that doc buff packs need a bit more umph. They're too weak to really justify using/paying for them.
I recommend not amping the power of the buffpack, but rather the length of time the buff lasts when using the pack. Of course, its very nice to have those few extra points of buff strength, but in keeping with balance, I would recommend a focus on DURATION over STRENGTH. For example, if the average doc buff lasted about 30 minutes, a buffpack would add 2-3 hours or even moreon that.
Do that and buffpacks would have viability again.
I would like to see an entertainer have a /mesmerize command that is a bit like the paralyze command or various root commands. What it does is this: if the entertainer uses /mesmerize on an animal that a BE is sampling (the entertainer should be skill animating at the same time ...) the animal will NOT aggro. Even if the BE fails, it will not aggro. The command will break if someone else starts combat with the animal. Also, if the animals around have any chance at all of attacking - they will not attack if the entertainer is skill animating b/c they have a chance of being mesmerized as well.
It should be possible to skill animate dancing or playing and instrument while taking samples tho - b/c that would only be fair to the entertainer/BE's - although it doesn' t make a whole lot of sense in 'real-life' but neither does being able to sample minerals from the top of a large bantha far from the ground. Or a moving bike.
Another entertainer idea is simply to please allow entertainers ... oh ... i was going to say cure Battle fatigue in camps but BF is going away from the game so never mind.

I'd like to see Special creations, like if you make a cirtain pet with a specific group DNA samples(i mean which animal they're from) such as(i'm only gonna put 2 up):
Waluga:1 Very high quality giant angler dna and and the rest of the dnas at atleast high quality from walugas put into an angler.
Krayt dragon:i know this is a very very powerful creature so it should be like 5 very high quality achient krayt dragon dnas put into a kimo.
Also let us make creatures with more power then 499 usable.and y let us make over lvl 70 creatures if the CH can't use em?either raise the CH taming lvl to like 100( i like this one the most
) or restrict the lvls to 1-70

THey're not really super pets,they just look different,they'd have the same stats as the normal pet(the angler and kimo in thse two)
MAYBE the krayt would be a LITTLEtougher but youd needTO be MCH to use it.
