No. I seriously doubt it.

Health, and to a much larger extent damage, directly affect the CL. Those alone would probably make a CL 50 or 60 pet (those more current with the system could give you a more accurate number). Armor is purely based on the pet's CL and no matter what the BE comes up with will revert to what its CL dictates once called.

it is real touch on that to make a cl24 pet highest i have done is 5k health 325 dam 2500 armor but you have to have real good DNA and Might have to resample it but it is just finding combos that work I have noticed DNA is almost like resources they change day by day on there stats so you have to find the dna with stats you want and you have to play around with teh exp. of the DNA.
