Thread: secret research data
The search function on the forums isn't likely to find the secret data in the game - if only 
My best guess is that there is a quest, that you have to talk to some very obvious NPC marked with a blue i over his/her head but that everyone walks past without stopping
is it me or has the component name changed from "secret research data" to "reasearch data" just crafting some stuff and thought it once read Secret.

I noticed the same thing too....weird ain't it?
Would be really curious to find out why they changed it and what the hell it is...
I did BE because I got a holo for tailor and I wanted tailor to be useful. I have to say I'm having a lot of fun with BE, though without guild support it wouldn't be profitable. My question is; Has anyone gotten the Secret Research Data from the Genosian Bio Lab. My guild has gone there two nights for 3-4 hours at least. Killed piles of mobs, talked to every non-aggro npc, followed every mission and still no Data. Did we miss something or is this bugged. No BE on my server that I have talked to has found it, but maybe somebody else has. Thanks for your help. Tut tut, now it would be a "secret" if we actually knew about it.
Geez....how many times do we have to reveal the "secret"? You have to master several professions before unlocking the secret data. They are supposed to be implementing little boxes that allow you to get hints as to what professions to master before unlocking the secret data.

Hey.. maybe that IS it... you need to collect loads of those geonosian cubes, put them all together, decode them and viola! it tells you where to find your next clue!
