I only have seen Milk as a loot drop from PLasma Thieves on Naboo... very rare drop, and even if, only 2 units or so

No real way to harvest it reasonably

On Chilastra, I'm seeing a lot more instances of people selling 100+ stacks of Milk... did it start spawning somewhere reliable while my head was turned, or what?

The devs have been addressing the issue of rare resources recently but TH was just gathering information on it. If people are selling milk in decent sized quantities there's a very highly likelyhood that they're are using exploits to duplicate it. Don't buy it cause it's just meaning they're gaining from cheating.

I undestand from the Creature Handler forum there are a couple of spots where peole are harvesting MILK.

1) CAT City? on talus

2) PvP Battlefield on Dath

Finding in Garbage dumps there.

yes, milk comes from garbage, but so does every other resource. its all random, just like the plasma thief drops.
