Crafter's Aprons can be worn by all species too, including Ithorians and Wookiees.

Yes your best bet for all species is crafting apron (the ones with mods on it), belt and bandolier.

crafters apron {the limited use schematic ones, with mods}
bandolier
belt

then

kitchen/bakers hat {excludes ithorians}
chef's apron {excludes ithorians}

then

shirt/pants {excludes ithorians/wookiees}

then

gloves/boots {excludes ithorian/wookiees/dosh}

all have the possibilty to run with four sockets
