Chefs use it to make something not sure what. Check the chef board.

BEs use it for making tissue. If you can collect vast quanties of it, they'll pay you very well for it. All the eggs you collect on one planet during a resource cycle stack, so the more you can collect, the happier the BE will be.

Well it's not *always* true that eggs on the same planet stack but it seems to work much like meat. Occasionally two types will spawn but usually it's only one.

Do you guys use eggs?
If so, what stats matter the most?
How much do eggs go for?

We can use eggs, but don't usually. Eggs go in place of any type of meat...but normally we go with meat.

I believe bio-engineers use eggs a lot.

So there arent any highly sought after chef items that use eggs specifically?

But as I said, there are things that bio-engineers make that specifically require eggs.

How much do eggs cost or would anyone be willing to pay for them? Just a question, please answer.

Not sure - but I think BE's have more use for eggs than Chefs do. Eggs aren't specifically called out in our schematics like they are in BE schematics. (Eggs are treated like 'protein' (i.e. meat) in our schematics.)

When eggs first were introduced, they were valuable to us because their stats were in the 900's consistently. Problem is (which remains the issue right now) Eggs can only be collected in very small amounts. However, back then, those 900-1000 stats made it worthwhile for us chefs to work with the small amounts of eggs people would collect...but that is not the case any longer. Not to say that Eggs aren't useful to us chefs, it's just that given our shematics, they're not "valuable" to us.

BE's will pay a better price - I'd suggest posting to their board for more positive feed back on how much this stuff is really worth.
