Here's the templates I'm considering doing and really am not sure which would be best. I'm coming out of my master politician cocoon of used up skill points to truly enter the fray for fighting and want to just be overall effective against anything. Killing super battle droids to other players to possibly jedi although odds are my FS friends would be taking them on.
MRM (never dropping rifles, had master for over a year now)
TKM
0/4/4/0 Fencer
some medic
or
MRM
4/3/0/4 TK
0/4/4/0 Fencer
0/0/4/0 Pistols
some medic
I'll never have the multi-million dollardots since I have better things to spend it on in my own opinion and frankly being the best of the best isn't my overall goal, just to warrant the title of Warmaster. Any help is appreciated since I haven't really gotten too far into the grind where I would have wasted time.

Ok, so currently I am MBH, Pistoleer xx44, and Carbineer 144x. I have 8 points left to spend. Where should I spend them?
I use the pistol skills for defenses, the first box of the first tree of carbs because this way I fire cripple shot at a speed of 1.0 without needing SEAs, the second tree so that I never miss with my carb, and the third tree for counterattack. I have only faced one Jedi thus far (worth 72k) with my new template and my new anti decay krayt laser carb (I forget unpupped, but pupped it is dmg 124-593 with a 3.7 speed and a 35% or wound). I had the drop on him coming out of a autobuffer, and I just mopped the floor with him. I actually had forgotten to use a Pup, but it worked out that my mental lapse didn't hurt me.
This is all well and good, and I really enjoyed myself, but I can't think of what to do with my final 8 points. I am considering trying to become FS so that I could spend five points in the first box of the first tree of pistoleer to get +15 dodge, and then spend 3 points in melee defense in the enhanced reflexes FS tree. Does anyone have a better idea that would still stick with what I am generall going with here (using carbs for damage and states and then mixing and matching for my best defenses)?

I personally would switch carbines to 4/4/2/0 due to the fact with CU there will be no speedcap and I have little faith they will have fixed countterattack. Not only that, but with a speed at 105, you can have the slowest carbine in the world and speedcap with it. Why is that helpful? Just incase you get some ungodly damage carbine but it's slow as molasses. That'd leave you with 4 points left over. I suggest filling the Melee defense defense FS tree for some added defense.

I'm your typical ranged BH with Mpistoleer and 11 boxes of combat prowess. Not sure if I am going to carbine as I have awesome speed and accuracy from FS. I miss having smuggler pistol but gave it up for FS and soon to be MBH. I guess it is a matter of preference. Some like med, melee, or whatever. I chose the ranged path. The rest of my quest will be in search of legendary weapons that I lack right now. But will come soon as my alt is a wookiee MWS. Should be interesting.

What the hell is Combat Prowess 3440??
It's from the Force Sensitive skill trees. Before you become a Jedi (but after you become Force Sensitive) there are four new trees that you have to work through to get in order to become a Jedi. You only need 6 branches full throughout the four trees, but players not wanting to become Jedi but looking for somewhere to stash that extra couple skill points can do the few quests to become Force Sensitive and then spend your points in the FS trees. The Novice and Master boxes cost 0 points, and every other box costs only 1 point, so you can spend exactly how many points you have left to spend.
For more information, just go to the Jedi boards and do a search for something like 'Blue Glowie Guide' or something like that.

I was not aware that counterattack didn't work? And once the CU comes along, it won't be hard to switch to 442x carbs, especially if I have the XP saved up. Since the Beta for the CU is still months away at least, I'd prefer to go with what works best now. From that, it seems most people are of the suggestion to get melee defense from the FS trees. Any other suggestions?

Go to stickies. For current pvp I will say what is a MUST-HAVE. MLS healer 4004 and enhnancer 2000. All other skills is up to you. Some people say and the live without enhancer skills, instead going Master Defender or anything else. So I would say MLS MD and healer 4004 is a good pvp template...
peace...
