first of all, i'd like to say, im an idiot. so did the jedi system change or didnt it. so many poeple are asking questions and im confused.

hey guys i want to do the quest for vehicle control but i never did whips phase 1 quest... will he make me do the phase 1 quest first since i did the patroll missons on phase 1....???

You can only unlock one branch per phase quest wise.

If you did the patrol quests already, you can't do another quest until phase I is over.

but if you have a free unlock now would be the time to use it

you dont have to do whips' phase I quest in order to do a phase II quest with him...veh control is phase II...so no harm

thx apparently raid was the only one who uderstood what i meant
