technically the only way the BE Tissue in clothing fix will effect BE's is increasing your sales. the actual BE tissues weren't bugged at all, the bug happened when we (tailors) put the tissues in Synth Cloth and Reinforced Fiber Panels.
but hopefully, from the sounds of it, this fix will be a large sweeping fix that could effect most if not all crafters. i'm not really aware of the BE bugs, but hopefully this will resolve some of your issues as well.

Did anyone from Bria log onto TC-Bria to test this?
It's probably been on there last day or two, we weren't given patch notes, and as most of the TC-Prime players were low level we focussed on CH testing we onlymanaged to prove the lighting fix is in there (although last time I looked the 0seconds bug was there, but we had two patches TH denied happenedand I may not have checked after the second one).
