Respectfully, Meat and flora quality do not have anything to do it. I've created hundreds of CL10s at this point with everything from crap to great OQ stuff - I just use what I have on hand. The bottom line is you have to know which stats (like fortitude, power, resist combinations, HAM, etc.) to pay attention to and you have to know exactly how far you can push them without going over CL10. Using the Voritor/Pup recipe, I can look at the DNA result and know whether I can experiment 1 point, 2 or not at all.

There's no substitute for mapping out your results and learning the system. Tal-N's CL10 post is a great start.

I've been reliably making 5500H, 2500A, 1500M, 10%k, creatures using:

Voritor Dasher / Voritor Dasher

Diseased Nuna / Diseased Nuna

Diseased Nuna

Usually keep physique at about 20% experimentation, and Prowess at about %30..

Comes out with disease fairly reliably, and ranged sometimes shines through.

I tried the VD/Pup combo over and over last night and every single time it came out CL11 or CL12, and that was with 1 point in physique and usually 1 in prowess, nothing more. Fortitude would always go above 100 (like 105 for example), which I think kicked the CL up a notch.

What skin do you use? I can only think that makes a difference or the sample quality you use is lower.

I mostly use cats. so razor cats, gurrecks etc. I never have a problem with this combo

The Voritor Dasher and diseased Nuna sounds good too.

Well, so far I remember there is a post on these boards, that someone created a pet with the pup /dasher recipe on test server and could call it as non ch without a problem. Seems the low/none resists making it possible.

Speaking about strong poison, I doubt that a pet with such attacks will be callable after the patch, since normally only higher cl pets are using strong poison.
