It really depends. In my former PA people would run around screaming in guild chat for people to "group" with them to help their grind. I guess you get something like a 25% experience point bonus just for being grouped /shrug never was much for such "funny business" myself, but there you go. Most of them were motivated either by grinding a new "uber pvp template" after getting pwned by their opponents, or simply as part of a holo-grind.

But yes, you're right, many of them are motivated also by the Janta mission payouts which I understand are quite large.

Oh and on a side note the Solo groups are for higher paying missions not the xp, and are most times more social then regular groups ..heh go figure.
