You have 10 lots.
Talk to a Master Architect. Tell them that if they will give you a pair BER 10 Automated Flora Farms, and a pair of heavy mineral extractors you will drop the heavy minerals on whatever they tell you to when they tell you to, and they get to keep the take out of it. Tell them that you will keep using your lots to provide their steel ore, and aluminum, whatever they want if they give you in-store credit for buying new stuff. In a couple of weeks y ou will have enough harvesters of yoru own to get the stuff you need to make some mediocre petstims.
Use the money you make off missiosn to power yoru harvesters and maintain them, and to fly to endor and dathomir once a week. Place your bazaar limit of pet stimsand vitality packs on the bazaars of the outposts on teh advanced planets. People will buy even crappy stims and vit packs at bazaar limit when there is nothing else.
Don't buy a factory and make crates, make your stims and vits by hand, get exp while you maek stuff to stick on the bazaar.
Come to this forum, look up recipes and make low level pets that you can sell for a decent amount. Find a niche. Sell mediocre baby pets to CHs trying to get fast CH exp. (baby pets get faster exp) You will do a fair amount of hawking i think.
Find a master BE or 2, and as them to give you a list of critters they want to sample from that you are too young to sample from. When you are on Endor sampling Robas (after you stocked the baaar), and you see a bark mite burrower queen, contact your patron and give her the waypoint, and stand guard over it till they get there. Negotiate a fee (exampe, I'd pay 50K for a waypoint to a pair or so of young malkloc plainswalkers)
If you want to do tissues, maybe find a tailor that you know sells BE tissues and ask them if they would like to purchase some of the lower level ones that they could use to stack bonuses. If an article of clothing can take a +15 and a +9 mask scent cloth, the tailor might not want to 'waste' 2 +15 cloths to stack up a +25 bonus.
Hunt meat you will need later, adn sell half of it to another BE or a doctor. or a chef.
*hint* if you find good domesticated meat, declare open genocide season on mawgazes and *live* near them , you can sell good meat at 30cpu easily.

Well you are going to have a hacked off customer on your hands when that gets nerfed after the patch and they cant use it.
Thank heavens for rip pff BE's they make my business easier as they don't stay in theirs for long.
