I pay more for milk than other organics simply because other organics come as an afterthought. Harvester kills critter for exp and harvest for money. With milk you sacrifice time not killing the critter while milking it which equates to lost exp/money/etc.

I'd RATHER pay low prices but I try to treat my harvesters as nice as possible.
