Thread: Is another 100k added to the price going to make the creatures start spawning?

Is there such a thing as +dna sampling clothes?I haven't looked into that side of BE much.
From what i can tell, no. This is suppose to be an issue to be looked at. I would pay very well for some BE skill tapes but they just don't exist /sigh
and people think an extra 50-100k added to the price will make the frenzied grauls start spawning....
No. They hope the extra 50-100k will move them to the top of the list. They think the extra 50-100k will put an end to empty promises.
I bought 1 good pet CL25, light armor, great ham, and great resists up and down. The BE charged tons so I tried to get cheaper BEs. I got many promises, but 0 pets in my datapad. After almost 2 weeks of this BS i went back to the original BE. I need pets. Not promises. The guy is a money grubber, but he gets the job done.
This tends to get frustrating after a while. Im betting Im not the only one. I bet this guy issick of the empty promises and hopes $$ will be incentive enough to get results. Its refreshing to see that Im not the only one sick of empty promises
Here is my favorite..i was wearing my Master tag - minding my own business - and then I almost fell out of my comfy chair when I get a tell saying - Hey can you sample a Krayt and make me a pet with high resistances and Ham - non-ch
Your real problem is all the other BE's out there bragging about their 7k ham, cl 10 pets.
- This makes people think that is "normal".
For instance, I am a MCH on bloodfin... and I have lost the respect and and cooperation of at least one BE on my server by being too picky and impatient. This happened because I had "unreasonable" expectations.
The problem is, my expectations were BASEDon the stuff I readbeing posted here.
Other BE's brag about their creations, and set the standard higher for everyone else. Please keep that in mind.
For my part, I have learned to simplify my expectations...I only want2level 30-35 pets with max kinetic resists...
- don't care about specials,
- don't care about HAM (still expecting it to be normal for that level pet)
- don't care about other vunerabilities
- don't care about skin (although given a choice, I'd want gurrecks for speed)
yet, this TOO has proved to be "unreasonable" to at least 2 moreMBE's on Bloodfin.
Why is that? - Aren't there a bunch of BEs on this veryforum bragging about there level-twenty-somthing pets with light armor and 60% kin resists?
All I'm saying is that the exceptional pets which are posted here, on this forum, are giving us MCH's a wrong impression of what's normal.
I find my biggest problem selling pets is _my_expectations.
I've made a lot of critters, but not many are what I would use (MCH) as they have resist "holes" that I'm not happy with, or other issues, so I feed them back into the hopper.
Some people would probably be happy to buy it just for the 37% Kin and AR1, but I'd rather make quality pets rather than crank out, IMHO, underpar"critters".
What can I say, I'm picky ![]()

Yup thats the same problem I had, I kept seeing all these amazing pets, but they were on other servers, I still have not found a MBE on Eclipse that can make the 7k ham 500 attacking CL2 pets, everytime I ask, they laugh and say its impossible, yet I have seen the screenshots. You are very right, the bar was set high here on the forums and so were our expectatations.
/notepad - create a form email stating exactly what you are doing (taking orders, not taking orders). Mine says I'm not taking orders but if they would like to fill out the following, and I happen to make something that fits, I'll let them know.
Level:
Skin:
Resistances: (also asks what vulns are okay, not okay)
Specials: (if they have a pref)
Armor: y/n
HAM: (more of a what is more important, HAM or damage)
bind copy and paste
My email is more in depth and wordy than this but you get the general idea. I rarely wear any tag that says my profession, and I reply to tells with a "I'm not taking orders right now, but I just sent you a form email". Most won't respond to it and it will end the tells, and those that do respond actually understand what kind of info we need to fill their order/request. Sometimes that causes them to ask some really good questions, and those I don't mind answering at all.

I know how this would turn out 95% of the time ![]()
Level: 10
Skin: Cat
Resistances: 100% to everything
Specials: Ranged, Area attack, knock down
Armor: I prefer Heavy but Medium is ok
HAM: The highest possible. 15k would be nice
BTW - Can you make this high damage? Maybe 900 Damage or so?
Oh yeah, I need 20 of these for my guild mates.
lol
