I honestly dunno what happened to char copy. There are pieces of the commands lurking on the edges of TC code. I suppose it is still in progress.

The worst part, is that the bazzar/vendors is still down on TC because of a crash bug, so there is no way to buy materials to grind up OCHEM anyway for new people, without /sample. I spent hours last weekend doing so (while playing Prince of Persia on my X-Box heh) to get myself up to Novice. I'm definitely gonna need more meat ;/

Luckily it is only 1 branch of a profession + general sampling observations.

I'm also gonna help on chef revamp... that's gonna hurt.

Sounds good, if chat on TC is working lol. General level of chat right.. not on a particular planet, right?

I'm going to be on Thursday afternoon/night and Friday afternoon and most of the weekend.

I've got some money, and a decent gun. I think all I have ATM is Sample 1. I've been saving resources to test the first box of clones.

"While i can agree with there being little to no purpose for people to master artisan the fact is that there's so few of them around that I can see the vehicles prices being artificially raised. "

Any DE needs it. Many Arch are Master Artisans. There are plenty to go around. If you pay more than 20k for a vehicle you either are trying to buy one within 1 hour of your server restarting or want it badly enough that you have to have someone hand make you one. On day 2 of vehicles there will be vendors with 100+ on them all over the place.

The problem with mount is that once the intital stock was sold, you had to wait 4-5+ days to get anymore.

Really we was told clone be in last patch but nothing that I know of since. It went onto test, we had hopes up but with them tossing in vehicals, fixing critters is NOT going to be on top of there list. They want to pat them selves on the back saying LOOK VEHICALS. Not giving a rats behind trhat they broke clone line more on test. Vehicals should have been on master artisan line if they where not going to put them into a elite profession. Archies got plenty. But soon as I read about vehicals I said to self, welp there goes getting BE cloning fix, back burnner again.

I've been working hard to get myself equiped. Zeath was kind enough to donate some flora to me which should last for the testing. Firme has sold me some nice stims and I scored a crafting droid last night from Omac so I have easy access to all the schematics. Other than that I've been running missions to build up money and trying to catalog the new stats for creatures. I wish I could get some armor but I can live without it if not. I'm going by the name Brutir on TC and I've been pretty much living there since the first patch hit (much to the dismay of my friends on Kauri) so feel free to contact me, although I think a better ideamight be a chat channel. How's Bio sound?

Yay, I got mentioned!

I also plan on setting up a flora and meat vendor in my house in New Unity for anyone that needs to grind up BE or wants to make some pets. Brutir is an admin so he can set up a vendor as well if he feels the need.

So in other words you just made that up, and started a thread to "inform" people of this "fact". Wonderful. So glad we have this forum to share such "information".

more I think about it, the master artisan part is good. So what if its more expensive, at least artisans have a reason to want to master it now, or a bonus, whichever way you look at it.

And the clone changes I really hope go live in working condition.

Both Tal and I are poised to jump on it when it gets released to TC, should be very soon. There are also several TC masters salivating over this.

We could still use a few more low/mid level BEs on test to tackle any oddness in progression and / or the scale of experimentation as BEs level.

Dev priority is to release stuff working. Revisiting actually takes more time then doing it well the first time, as yuo can all attest to for the first cloning system.
