To start with ALS's are by far the cheapest advanced sub. 12 easy to obtain resource (6 Talusian water and 6 Dantoinne berries) vs. ABEC 36 more difficult resources (18 Lokian Wild Wheat + 18 Tattoinne Fiberplast) vs. 32 more difficult resources (16 Herbivore Meat + 16 Class 4 PetroChem).
