there is a not so common glitch that makes some avatars look to be carrying a mix of two weapons. If I were to guess that is a pike mixed with a heavy axe. I'll post a screen of something similar I have seen.

yeah looks like a PH Handle with a Gamorrean Axe head

That might be it, but why would that happen on an npc? I though it only happens when you switch weapons.
