I have this happen too, but not only clone making, I get constant failures on StimPack B's too.

Tried a suckie tool (-0.56) and guess what, I got amazing results!! LOL!! I only got about 2 of these for the past month with my 14.94 tools and 43.42 station, this is sooo funny.

This is for sure a bug!!

It's the tool/crafting stationalright.


Last night did some major experimenting using some nice new tools instead of the sucky ones I made when I was a newb artisan.


Hey, guess what, strings of crit fails and no 'amazings'.


This could just be the god's punishment for my earlier comments - but what I think we have here is both problems:


1.) The pseudo-random number generator comes up with 'streaks' of similar numbers.


2.) There's a 2's compliment (turning the corner) problem with the calculation of crafting station and tool quality.


Only cost me 50 HQ high level samples to confirm that...........


I can well understand why people are upset.
