i know what your thinking benny, that you can use it to boost your strenght. SOrry but you cant. In alot of stuff chefs create they have an optional bio-slot. The Bio-strength formula can be added to this slot to add the bonuses to the final product. the same works with constrictor cloth and tailor items.

Hm..well...I didn't talk to my informant but it gave me a whitish-gray waypoint somewhere on my planet map right after taking the BH mission...odd. I might just go to it to see if anything is there. Not sure these BH missions are worth the trouble, if doing them for money at least.

I'm confused on this whole informant thing. From reading the boards I gathered that after taking a mission I have to find the informant in the town I'm in who will then tell me where the person is. Here's some other things that I've read and am unsure of or have questions on:

1. The informant never changes unless you get higher investigation in which case then your informants are different. Is this true or not?

2. The distance to start target on the mission itself when taking it, does that lead to your informant, or as one post said that I read is that completely worthless?

3. How do you know it's your informant when it gives you no waypoint to him...I thought someone on boards said they'll say something...but I ran all over Kadaara on Naboo and couldn't find my informant.

Thanks, much obliged.

On another note, when I take a BH mission it gives a white waypoint out in the middle of nowhere...probably 1500 meters from Keren (and I got my mission in Kadaara). Is that the informant?

Okay, here's the scoop:

1.) Yes, this is true. Your informant never changes until you get higher investigation. However, not all informants stay in the same place, and there are multiple informants for the different investigation levels. A given city might have 5 or more informants depending on the level of investigation. The higher up you go, the more difficult they become to find. Interestingly enough however, in the beta for the first level of investigation you had to use an informant in the city you took the mission in I noticed, otherwise it wouldn't work. They may have corrected this in the release version however.

2.) The distance to the start seems to be worthless. I suspect its left over from some previous beta incarnation of the BH missions. Don't pay attention to it, focus instead on the information you get from your droids and informants.

3.) Unfortunately, there is no definite way to find your informant. You literally just have to talk to alot of NPC's until one of them gives you a waypoint and a little text message. Make sure you check NPC's in buildings like cantinas and hospitals too - they can also potentially be informants. The actual NPC's can be anything too. Not necessarily just information brokers, but scientists, businessmen, nobles etc etc.

Best of luck and good hunting.

You shouldn't receive a waypoint when you pick up the mission from the BH terminal, you only get the waypoint after you've talked to your informant. After you've talked to the informant he'll give youa waypoint that you proceed to to find your target.

At intermediate level, your target will move from the informant's initial waypoint forcing you to use a seeker droid to update his position until you finally close the distance to him.

At the master level, the target will actually be on a different planet then the one you took the mission on, so you'll need to use a probe droid to determine the planet after having received the target's bio-signature from your informant. After determining the planet and presumably travelling there, you'll need to use a probe droid to track the target on that planet. Note however, that if you take too long the target will jump to another planet forcing you to reacquire him.

When I start my BH mission I get the same whitish grey waypoint.

On my first mission i didnt fall for it and found the informant and everything was peachy.

On the second I thought i would see what was there... A greater Sludge panther...

after being cloned i sought out the informant.

BTW i thought the informants were just gamblers they can be anyone in a town?

Thanks for the help guys. I found the informant and got the waypoint, and I'm standing right in front of the target.

The problem is...there's no attack option. I try just hitting attack or sicking my pet on them...nothing. I thought maybe I had to deliver the message mentioned in the details so I tried that (word for word or tried several times giving the gist of the message..) and..nothing.

What am I doing wrong now?

Sweet everloving hell, you've got a 1.6 Curved and you want it even faster? A Fencer with Intermediate Footwork hits the speed cap of 1.0 right there.
