I would get it for confusion shot.. some people prefer novice medic over that, but being buffed constantly answers that issue.

In my eyes only a Master BE is a real BE...
Although a non-Master BE 0004 has all the experimentation points for crafting, that a Master BE has after the CU (at this time).

Hi Ato
It depends on your template. If you have one toon only and enjoyed combat and crafting - like most doctors - that's whymost of uswent for doctor after all - you probably want to go for 0-0-0-4 only as you won't be able to master enough combat skills to be competitive in combat otherwhise. Personally, I'm lucky to have two toons so I will drop doctor on my combat toon and already mastered BEwith my merchant toon last week. I went for master BE because at the end you will 'waste' a lot of SP on the requirements for BE anyway - scout and medic - so why not master the profession and start producing tissues too. Also, although I probably won't be selling pets I really enjoyed experimenting with genetics. The DNA sampling tree wasn't hard at all and I had lots of fun with my defensless non-combat char, seriously - it was an adventure

Yeah, I have two toons too.
My main, currently Rifle/Doc. My alt, AS...yes I take both the professions to get great big crafting nerfs...not too happy.
Anyway, I'll be making my alt, AS & BE. I'm thinking making pets would be fun. Maybe at somepoint I'll pick up CH and make some powerful BE pets to use.
