My best Attack Speed/To Hit combo was on a Kimo I made using 5 Mutant Rancor DNA samples:

To Hit: 0.7

Attack Speed: 1.98

I never use more than three mutant rancor samples at a time to avoid getting over CL 70. Even two CL 60 samples with three mutant rancor DNA samples can give you over CL 70 if you use all of your experiment points.

My record so far is also .66 on an all 5 mutant rancor DNA template. Came out CL70, thank god i used a gurreck skin and not an agressive one.
