I don't use the "message listing" for just that reason. I'm not sure what it does, but if you use that option on an old post that's been bumped, "message listing" sends you several pages back. I'm guessing it's roughly where the last post would be if it hadn't been bumped. What I do is scroll up to the top and use the "Bio-engineer" link where it says Star Wars Galaxies Forums Professions Bio-engineer Re: Thinking of leaving the fold.... for example. This always takes you to the front page of the board.

Strange topic for a BE/Tailor... but I can appreciate how you feel.
For me, BE is the only profession with the variety and complexity to continue to pursue. I enjoy hunting with my pets as a mid-level CH, and the social aspect of the game is the primary thing for me, but BE is so sadly missing its great potential it gets quite discouraging. When I give up BE, it will most likely mean I give up SWG as well; there just is nothing else that holds my interest as much as this mad scientist stuff. I doubt that being correspondant has made it any easier, knowing how much there is that we COULD be, and how likely it is that we WILL be able to do it any time soon.
Just remember how difficult it is to find the tissues you need as a tailor if you are not able to provide them yourself.
Not only that, but clothes-makers are a dyeing breed too.

I left Bio also, you should make a crap load of Nanonutrients and BSN's then go chef, or just make a few schemats and harvest the hell out the resources and go chef. Bio-food = crap load of money unless you have a bunch of Iron Chefs in your server already.
