Thread: OK what gives?

My BE has template master BE, ranger 4000, merchant 0042 (at the moment) and I can sample without many problems when i am cammo'd on dathomir (I am CL 30). Some days are better than others. I'm planning to get the stuff to make Yavin cammo kits to test there as i got slain twice last time i went with just mask scent.
I have played a BE for a year now. before the CU (and respec'ing) I would often go sampling w/o a buff b/c I could not afford to rebuff every time i was cloned and I ... i guess i don't like being dependant ... I would die. A lot. So then i started to not go out without a buff and i would still die a little, so i picked up TK and then i didn't die so much but i would STILL have lots of problems sampling mutant rancors and other big things on endor. It was a way of life for a BE. We just die a lot...and i guess nowadays we still die a lot. It's just how BE works.
I'm not saying i like it. it's just the way it is, has been and probably won't change.

That leaves you enough sp to have novice artisan and business 4 with 2 vendors, and enough left over for marksman novice and 2 boxes of pistol. To be honest, I rarely use the pistol but I do use the pets. As I am agroed - I turn and run a planned route - over a hill into a dip and round a hill - whatever. No burst run needed as I can take a few hits. If things look rough as I run past my pet - I set the pet on to aggro. Only if I realise I will not be able to sample that beast again.
It has kept me alive most of the time and I am sampling craggy bolmas, rhoa kwi pack leaders, gaping spider hunters on Dath. And I don't leave my swoop out.

That looks a very good template Oddwan, getting my health up so i don't die instantly would be very nice and being a MCH to boot is very appealing, I use to be one back in the day and loved every minute of it.
You can still use vendors, have mask scent and can defend yourself with pets.
I'm really glad you posted Oddwan, I may give this another go using your template, looks like it's just what i need. Thanks

I pretty much walk every where when DNA samp'n so don't have to worry about a bike...Speed guess being a tall wookiee with long legs help...But normal if I get aggro'd it's just turn and go "No Burst Run" well unless it's a high hiter ..I just go as they hit me I use bacta shot to heal..until they get tired of chaseing me..
