Thread: Fish meat
Fishing is not something that I want to do a lot of. I have about 100 stacks of bait that I foraged, so I have lots of fishing to do. Would love a macro in order to do this, that would help quite a bit.
Since fishing is such a pain, what do people charge for fish?
Thanks for thread. I came to forum seeking this info. It doesn't appear to me that fishing is very macro-friendly, because of the line tugging selections. Theres just to many variables with time and such. I've tried fishing just doing nothing and it doesnt work very well. You have to be somewhat involved. The fishing engine I believe does recognize your tugs. I read another thread about this and the author said tofind a tugging sequence that works and to stick with it. The engine seems to recognize repititionand reward this. I was catching fish about 70% of the time this way.
So 100 units of fish is considered to be quanity? I want to hit up BE's but not until I have decent quanity. I have around 70 now. Should I shoot for 200before trying to sell? The compesation to my time is no big thing, cause I am strange that fishing is actually somewhat enjoyable to me, in half hour stretches. The way I see it, I'd just selling of bits of action, cause thats what it takes to forage bait. So you say OQ is not the only thing that matters thats good to know.
If anyone on Valcyn needs stuff from the wild I play a scout named Zirzo and currenty have no buisness contacts but a huge supply of... Stuff.

each stim requires 24 units of fish, unfortunately, so 100 is enough for 4 stims. Most of the time quantity to me, means enough material to do one factory crate. But for fish, that would be 1200 units of fish, which is probably unreasonable to expect someone to get. That's why you see so few stim d's on the market, lol.
I don't want to use it as general meat if I'm going to want it later on!
Thanks
