Ok, I finally got onto TC, and yea, I see what you guys are talking about. There's also some other messed up stuff like myoflex still says that it enhanced dance and music wound healing.

I also ventured out to Endor just to see what it would be like out there. I was all alone, but came upon a lair of various mereks. I "examined" them with my novice scout skill and the only info on them I could gleam is that they were essentially "instant death". No info about armor or resists or anything. I attacked a merek death's head with my cdef and it hit me one time for 3000 points of damage, lol. After scraping myself off the ground, I attacked, I believe it was a bark mite burrower swarmling, that hit me for 1000 points of damage (again a 1-hit kill). Owch!

I figured maybe I could get some addiitional hunting skills and see if it would make a difference in terms of what I could see on the creatures, and so I went back to Naboo. I spent about half an hour killing 2 chubas. They have 900 HAM and I do 25 damage and miss nearly every time so it took a LONG time to kill them. Eventually I just gave up and shut off my computer. /sigh.

Just so you know, one 2 cities, Bestine and Eisley have the "balanced" mobs for the CU so far. Everything else is still the same as on live. There's a post in the dev tracker about it.

I looked at the BE tree and have some issues with what they're doing. I don't mind having all the med crafting in our profession, but they need to keep our stuff - chef additives- out of the medical line. That'll keep the doc types from getting into our business as someone said earlier.

I, for one, will jump in to test BE as soon as they get the frogs going.

Its up now...but they have capped the number of people allowed in to prevent lag issues.

I'm on the west coast. By the time I get home from work the cap will be maxed I'm sure.

If it says Testcenter is down, go in. There are two, you want TC5 for the CU

Oh, on a brighter note, I'm not sure if anyone else noticed this or not, but in the BE tree we *do* have certification/mods for armor! That's actually a pretty nice concession that most crafters do not have.

Good, good. I was worried about that.

I wonder if that means increased health as well. I would assume so but I guess we'll find out soon enough.

Not according to the info on the blog just released. CM and Doc will get extra Health as they gain skill boxes, but I dont think BE will.

Something else to think about...

We could really use Surveying. We've just had all this crafting dumped on us, which is fine and all, but if they're turning us into an even larger crafting class, we could really use some Surveying perks. And, as others noted, Health as we go up in boxes.

Thats what Ctrl-S says.....also, remember on TC5 all the elite trainers are disabled for now, so even if you got scout you wouldnt be able to train NBE

Checking the requirements shows that scout 0040 is still required. One would assume that this will be changed when the elite professions are enabled.
