I'm fairly sure it's impossible to create a 6k HAM CL10 pet now, the hardiness would need to exceed 300 to even get around 5000 for a single pool and that will always push the CL past the CL10 cut off. One thing to remember is that resists are this level aren't that good unless the HAM is equally high. If you can get 2500 with 50% kinetic then you'd still only end up with the pet being able to take a total of 3750 points. The cut off before CL10 pets when focussing on the HAM is actually around 4100 and that can be coupled with around 5-9% resists making it a little bit higher.

So while a 50% resistance non-ch pet might look impressive it would actually lose a fight to one which had more HAM and lower resists.
