Thread: IS THIS NON CH VALID?
If the pet itself isn't pre-patch then the dna being used is. This pet is simply not possible to reproduce under the current sampling and creation rules.
And as for the valid/invalid question - standard wild CL10 - 1k HAM, max 10% in one or two fields, damage around 100-110, yours has approx 6x the (useful) HAM (9x including the kinetic resist) and does half as much damage again - whaddya you think? Plus, if you didn't think it was invalid you wouldn't be on here trying to get others to assuage your guilt in making and selling it when you know full well it will be made illegal post-publish. Want to prove otherwise? Explain the recipe, or I for one and most of folks around here will be calling foul on you.

i dont remember exactly how i did it other than it is a
second gen clone
Hmm - note the incongruity of the two statements made here? Post the recipe so others can validate it.

For now I will try and make another one and then store them or give them to close friends.
If they do indeed work after the patch then. I will start to sell them

Dude, it's not that hard. You just need a little patient and you can get it too. Check out these bad boys (no, they are not pre-patch) and no bad DNA or anything illegal was done.

You want the recipe? I can't tell you an exact, because almost any DNA can be used to achieve this. You just need to know how the game determines creature challenge levels. And don't use creatures that cannot go below lvl 11 obviously; there's a great post in that breaks everything down, I suggest you look it over carefully. It's titled "2nd Draft on how to make a Clone" I believe, posted by Mirrl.
Edit** Since I am a very new (week old) Bio-Engineer, I wasn't aware that this was a bug, but after someone in game told me, I came back to the forums specifically to look up what the bug was. I'm still not sure, something about the HAMS would make it over clvl 10 or something. Anyhow, I don't sell them anymore pending the next Publish, and if anyone here has bought one of my non ch pets and it does not work past this Publish, let me know and I will give you a full refund.

Its 99.9% likely that the primary DNA used is BMB DNA, so thats where to start.
Thats not BMB DNA, its definetly Merek Harvestor DNA possibly mixed with Delirious Merek Avenger. You can tell by the High kinetic and low everything else. Its very hard to keep the kinetic that high and rule out everything else of a BMB, especially if this is only second gen DNA. The strong disease I'm not sure about, I don't work much with Strong disease if its not in BMB or Deathheads.
