I made a pet once out of 5 pieces of BMBQ cause it just happened to fill all the customers requests. Yeah I know it's boring and unimaginative, but it's what they wanted. I happened to be around when they took this pet to go kill krayts. It did surprisingly well. They had two people healing it one doc, one with 1k pet C's. Nobody got touched cause the krayt just kept agro on the pet. It was a Kima skin, wish I had screenies.

I've made those as well, and some customers swear by them (but I hate it when customers request that because you can never find BMBQ dna when you actually need to, lol). The only real drawback is the specials are mediocre. Otherwise it makes an outstanding pet.

I agree the specials are not my favorites, but some people swear by disease (and poison). *shrug*

I like to do those pure BMBQ breed. Very nice resists and pretty simple to make. I try to gather as much DNAs as possible when I go to Endor. They usually end up around CL60-65.
I made one with high HAM BMBQ samples for my alt (MCH). I got it buffed by a doc and went Gorax hunting. It got killed but it lasted pretty long.
The only thing with this pet is it doesn't have my favorite special intimidate. I am still trying to find a way to make a pet with similar stats with intimidate. OTH, like someone said, intimidate almost "never" sticks to high end mobs...

What is the theoritical max HAM and max kinetic damage on a creature (assuming level is 70 or less)? I assume light armor is the highest armor possible. What is the max HAM and kinetic damage on a 35 level pet?

There was a thread about this fairly recently...check back about 2-3 pages...
Also the max armor is not AR1, as AR2 is possible, just not going to happen on the current 75cl sampling limit. Look at the Tanking Pet thread started by arthur today ![]()
