Yep. There are some 'customers' who think they know the cost, or worth, of our additives. Do not listen to them if you don't want to get ripped off. Also remember that they are usually the ones who will use your additives to increase their profits by 20 times or more.

Business 101, always listen to your customers. If you don't there will be someone who will.
business 102, if your customers are real happy with your prices, you're not charging enough.

I consider myself a master crafter and businessman in this game. I've made and sold just about everything there isto make and sell.To be successful you need to have good relationships with your customers. That means listening to what they tell you about all aspects of your product, including cost. I welcome feedbaclk from those that use my products. I guess if you are just in it for the credits, then you probably don't care about customer feedback.
You should know the relative value of items though. Visit the vendors of the competition to see what they offer and at what price. Look over the trade forums to see what things go for. Having a good market sense from multiple sources will help you when you do talk to a guy that wants way more for something or wants you to sell him something for far less than its value. There are many things you can do to not get ripped off without turning a deaf ear towards your customers.
