you could probably buy 10 LVA's and hope for a good slice. With a perfect damage slice you could get it up to about 505!

I dunno about a guide, but you should read Dorelli's post on predicting pet level. This will give you an idea of what kind of stats you might go after for different levels. As for the pet....can't say if it's good, don't know what the level is. Health can get over 8000, maybe 9000. Max damage can go over 400 as some have posted (many of my attempts ended up over CL70 so I'm working on bringing health down). I think armor can possibly go over 5000.
You pretty much have health, armor, damage being the weightings for levelbut there seems to be some other factors causing some minor weighting as well.

Guys please check out the link and tell me if my saber is considered good, quality, premium or flawless (lol) for a Post-Cu Saber.

P.S. If someone can tell me how to make a link I would be grateful.

I'd say that's a "quality." Above 660 would be a Premium and above 700 flawless, for Post-CU. Of course, 8 in Damage, 2 in Efficiency would throw that off, but let's pretend we're only talking SAC of 100 or below.
